You can generate a report with any tasks that Nätkollen failed to retrieve from Ledningskollen. It can be tasks that have incorrect geometric information or tasks with properties Nätkollen did not handle before.
Troubleshooting reports
There are three types of troubleshooting reports for Nätkollen:
•Cases that could not be handled
•Contact information by case type
•Object types within inquiry area
Cases that could not be handled
1.In the toolbar, press the Query tool 
.
2.Select Reports > Net check > Cases that could not be handled.
3.Fill in the start and end dates for the time period you want the results from. If you do not specify a date, results from the last 14 days will be displayed by default. Results older than 14 days are deleted.
4.Press Search. The search results display all cases uploaded to the system that could not be handled.
Select and open/view a document from the result list
1.In the menu bar, select Organizer > Show/Hide Organizer.
2.Go back to the search results in the Query tool and select a case in the list.
3.In the Case ID column, right-click and select Copy value of Case ID.
4.In the south panel tab Tasks, paste the value of Case ID in the cell Ledningskollen ID.
5.Press Search.
6.Select the project in the result list to display it in the east panel.

In the Query Tool search result it is also possible to select the a case, right-click in the Case ID column, and select Search in Hitta.se (name) to redirect to hitta.se to see the result. |
Contact information by case type
1.In the toolbar, press the Query tool .
2.Select Reports > Net Check > Contact information by case type.
3.Set the desired search parameters.
4.Press Search.
Object types within inquiry area
1.In the toolbar, press the Query tool .
2.Select Reports > Net Check > Object type within inquiry area.
3.Paste the value of Case ID in the field Ledningskollen-ID.
4.Press Search. The search results display a list of object types located in the query area to prevent incorrect task classification.
