The function places a graphic component for a parent object, without the parent object having any component in the graphic. This is done by pointing to any object that belongs to the parent object.

Examples of these are cable pillars and stations, i.e. container objects.

Place component for parent object

1.Select Place > Component > For parent object.

2.Select an object in the graphical view. A list opens.

3.Select component type.

4.Place the component.
