You can select and run several activities at the same time but it is not possible to stop several activities at once. |
1.In the east panel, select the Workflow tab.
2.Press Add object and select New activity
. The dialog Select activity type opens.
3.Select an activity type and press OK.
The activity type can not be edited. |
4.Fill in the desired information and dates. Information in the subtab Activity:
oSort value - A sort value set to 1 will appear at the top of the listed activities. The sorting value can also be found in the query tool.
oOwner - Press to Take activity
so that you become the owner, or Select owner
to select someone else as the owner.
For activities that have ever been owned by an inbox, you can select Restore the previous inbox as owner |
oPlanned start - Fill in planned start date .
oPlanned end - Fill in planned end date .
oStart - Fill in the actual start date. If you start the workflow item via the icon , this date will be filled in automatically.
oEnd - The end date is filled in automatically when you finish the workflow item .
oNotify after end date - Press to send an email after the workflow item is ended. You can select to Notify task manager or Notify user and select users via
.
oAlarm - Press to send an email to the owner of the workflow item. Set the number of days before and after the planned start and end dates.
In order for emails to be sent out, scheduled jobs and email templates need to be configured in the customer environment, contact Digpro support for help setting this up. |
oFavorite list - You can create a shared favorite list linked to a specific activity in a task. This can be useful, for example, to create detailed instructions on how the work in different activities should be performed.
To create a shared favorites list linked to an activity you need to have the role FAVORITES_ADMIN. |
When an activity has been linked to a favorite list, there is instead the Open favorites for activity button, which leads directly to the created favorites list. |
a.Press the Create a shared favorites list for this activity icon . A shared favorites list with the same name as the activity is created.
b.Add desired functions and instructions to the created favorites list.
oChecklist - In the Checklist section, it is possible to add a list of checkpoints that should be executed before an activity can be finished. Press Manage checklist to add different checkpoints that should be executed. You can indicate whether a checkpoint is mandatory or not by clicking on the warning symbol in the dialog.

The rows needs to change state and be marked as Done or Not relevant in order for the activity to be finished.
A row that is set to Not relevant, can not be changed to Done later on. |
To check an item as Done, right-click or select in the column Done.
To check an item as Not relevant, right-click or select the column Mandatory.
Press to open codelist documents that are added for a checklist item.
In the checklist there is also a right-click menu available:

5. Press Save when you have made your changes.
1.Select an activity from the list and press:
oStart workflow item to start.
oFinish workflow item to finish.
By right-clicking on an activity in the workflow list, you will see various options:
•Show/change attributes with all attributes - Opens the attribute form for the activity with all attributes. The tab Checklist is also accessible from the attribute form. In the attribute form it is possible to add relevant data for the activity.
•Object > Object history - Lists all the history for the activity.
•Place temporary project graphics - Allows you to place temporary project graphics in the map. It is possible to place line, symbol and polygon.
•Highlight temporary project graphics - Pans to and highlights the temporary project graphics on the map.
•Work order - Generates a pdf-file with all the information that the work order contains. The pdf-file contains information about Project data, Task data, Activity etc.
•Show tasks for selected objects - Lists information about State, Task ID, Task name, Subtype etc.
•New task from template - Create a new task from a template. Select a template in the list in order to create a new task. Recently created or already existing activities can be found in the South panel under the Workflow tab. The activity that has the latest actual start date but no actual end date, will be shown in the column Activity in the list of tasks.
