Tasks administration tools

1.Open the administration interface for Organizer by in the menu bar, select Organizer > Show/Hide administration.

2.Use the search criteria to search for different tasks and press Search to get a list with the results. If you press Clear the search criteria will be restored. The following tasks administration tools are available in the south panel:

 

Open task changeset. Allows you to log into the selected changeset.

Send changeset to another user. Allows you to send the selected changeset to another user. It is also possible to send another users changeset to other users.

Activate inactive task.

Select tasks to delete.

 

Decide which tabs should be visible in the east panel for all users

1.In the east panel, press the icon with three dots .

2.Check the tabs you want to be visible and select Save.

3.In the drop-down menu, check for which task types the tab settings should apply.

4.Check the Save as common settings option.

5.Press OK.

A star (*) next to the icon with three dots indicates that there are hidden tabs.

 

Prioritize tasks

To display the tasks sorted with the highest priority at the top of the list in the south panel, you as an administrator can determine the order of priority.

1.In the south panel, select the Administrate tasks tab.

2.Fill in the search criteria and press Search.

3.Select the desired task from the list.

4.In the east panel, task tab under section Task data, select Priority via the drop-down menu.

5.Press Save.

To set the sort order of the priority codes, use the SORTCOL field in the code list DSG.PRIORITY_CL. See section Codelists and its subsections.
