Search personal information
The function is used to search for stored personal data in the system and to search for customer data in dpSpatial about existing customers. The function searches for customer data in fields and code lists. Search results show tables where the searched information is found.

•To use the feature, the user needs the PD_OWNER role. •The function does not retrieve information that counts as external resources such as external_resources_cl. More examples of external resources can be found in the code listing tool. To search for external resources in dpSpatial, you can use the stakeholder tab in the Customer module. There you can search for outage history, notifications and more for non-customers, installers, customers and more. To order the Customer module, contact the customer manager at Digpro or alternatively Digpro support. |
Search for personal information
1.Select Administration > Search personal information... The Search personal infomation window opens.
2.Enter personal data in one or more of the search fields.
3.Click Search.
4.By clicking on the respective folder in the folder tree, it is possible to retrieve what information is stored about the person.
Search for personal information where the name gives several hits
1.Enter personal data in one or more of the search fields.
2.Click Search. The majority of results are displayed.
3.Refine the search by entering additional search criteria.
4.Click Search. Fewer results are displayed.
5.By clicking on the respective folder in the folder tree, it is possible to retrieve what information is stored about the person.
