Add displayflag from codelist
1.Select Administration > Codelists > Setup display flag from codelist.
2.Pres Add. A new window opens.
3.Select Schema.
4.Select Object type
5.Select Subtype
6.Select Component type
7.Select field to use.
8.Select if display flag should apply to Graphics, Symbols, Text. One or several options can be selected.
9.Press OK. Display flag is added to the list for display flags from codelist.
Apply rule
This function is used to update the display flag for existing objects.

•You can only update display flags for posted objects. •Pessimistically locked objects are skipped. |
1.Select Administration > Codelists > Setup display flag from codelist.
2.Mark the row that should be edited in the list or add a new row with desired rules.
3.Press Apply rule. A dialog window opens, displaying the number of objects that will be affected by the selected rules.
4.Press Run. The display flag for the selected otype, subtype, or ctype is updated with the selected rules. A window will appear when the rules have been applied.
5.Press OK.
Edit displayflag from codelist
1.Select Administration > Codelists > Setup display flag from codelist.
2.Mark the row that should be edited in the list.
3.Press Edit. A dialog window opens.
4.Change one or several fields.
5.Press OK. The edited display flag is displayed in the list for display flags from codelist.
Delete displayflag from codelist
1.Select Administration > Codelists > Setup display flag from codelist.
2.Mark the row that should be deleted in the list.
3.Press Delete. A Confirmation window opens.
4.Press OK. The row is removed from the list.
