In the query tool there are predefined reports for Inspection.

Dynamic reports require Maintainer Advanced.

Inspection plans without templates

Completed inspections

Remarks

The dynamic reports correspond to the static reports as described below and are produced primarily for the self-defined inspection objects. However, all inspection plan objects, whether self-defined or not, can be found with the dynamic reports. You can filter the report by remark type. Whether it is an inspection remark, a free remark, or if you want to filter for both.

All reports have different fields where you can enter search parameters to narrow down the search. You can also select a limitation on how many rows to be displayed in the search result, the row limitation is per object type.

Dynamic and static reports

Dynamic reports require Maintainer Advanced.

Dynamic reports are designed so that the reports automatically adapt to the self-defined inspection objects. This means that when you have defined being able to inspect a new object, which previously could not be inspected, the object must be found in the dynamic reports.

The main difference between the static reports and the dynamic reports is that the static reports are configured for certain objects, while the dynamic ones adapt to all objects that are inspectable, even those that are subtype dependent.

Another difference is the dynamic reports ability to perform a hierarchical search:

At the top of the list of search parameters, there is an alternative called Hierarchical inspection. If the box is ticked, the appearance changes to search hierarchically. In the upper part, you can select the parent object and then enter search parameters for the underlying object. The child object must be linked to its parent and have an inspection plan for it to be found in the search. In addition, the underlying object must have an inspection plan, like all objects to be inspected.

The basic format of the dynamic reports show similar search parameters to the static reports, unless the user has chosen to add additional search parameters with Edit report columns.
