If you have the Maintainer Advanced module, you can edit the columns of the dynamic inspection reports in the Query tool as follows:
•Add and remove a number of columns in addition to the mandatory ones.
•Select additional columns as searchable in the query tool's search panel.
•Create aliases for column headers.
1.In the menu bar, select Maintainer > Edit report columns.
2.Select which Inspection report you want to edit.
3.Select the Object type and Subtype to change.
4.Select Component type. The available attributes are shown in the left column and the selected ones on the right. The attributes with gray background in the list on the right are mandatory, they cannot be removed. The attributes with white background can be added and removed.
5.Select the desired attribute and move it using the arrows between the columns.
6.Sort columns using the arrow buttons up and down located at the far right.
7.To make the added columns searchable in the query tool's search panel, right-click and select Select as parameter.
8.Define whether, for example, it should be a different label and if you want a dropdown menu or multiselect and press OK. Searchable columns are marked with a blue check mark ().
9.To set an alias that corresponds to the column title, right-click and select Edit alias.
10.Enter the desired Alias and press OK.
Alias must be set if two identical attribute names are selected as columns. |
