The dynamic inspection reports can be edited as follows:
•Add and remove a number of columns in addition to those that are required.
•Select additional columns as searchable in the query tool's search panel.
•Create aliases for column headings (must be created if two identical attribute names have been selected as columns).
1. Select Maintainer > Edit report columns.
2. Select inspection report to edit.
3. Select which object type and subtype to change. After that, the choices that can be made is found in drop-down list on the far right.
•The available attributes are displayed in the left column and the selected ones on the right. The attributes with gray background in the list on the right are mandatory. They cannot be removed. Attributes with white background can be added and removed. •To move an attribute, mark it and move it with the arrows between the columns. •Sorting of all columns can be done with the up and down arrow buttons on the far right. •It is also possible to choose whether you want to make the added columns searchable in the query tool's search panel by selecting Select as parameter. Searchable columns are marked with a blue check mark. •You can define whether it e.g. should be a different label and if you want multiple choice options. A corresponding search parameter then appears in the corresponding report. •You can also put an alias under Edit alias which then corresponds to the heading in the column. The result is that the column heading is set by the alias selected for the specific report. |
