Printouts are created by using the PDF button (Export to PDF). The function will result in that a PDF document can be opened in Adobe Reader or a similar program. The export is started manually from the application.

The PDF layout is very flexible and can be adjusted when it comes to for example:

•Which fields that should be printed.

•The order of the fields.

•Symbolfonts and size of the texts.

•The demarcation lines and frames.

•Watermark that can be adjusted to the different states of the operating order.

With a watermark it is possible to avoid e.g. distributing operating orders that are not yet approved. It is possible to control the watermark texts that should be shown for the different states in the codelist operation_order_status_cl that is found under Administration > Codelist manager.

 

Note! That operation rows that has been removed during the revising, are printed out as crossed.

 

Attachments to the printout

Attachments to the operating order (including attachments that has been copied from a work request) are displayed in a dialog window before the PDF is created. Select which attachments that should be included in the document.

The attachments will be included in the same file - normally, the attachments are shown after a page break so that they end up on its own page. This is possible to configure in other ways if its necessary.
