About Core Announcement

Core Announcement is a module for sending one-way messages to end customers and possible contact persons like for example, relatives or janitors, linked to the delivery points. An announcement can either be sent in the form of mail with a PDF, e-mail or SMS. It is also possible to generate an announcement XML that can be used if the announcement is sent from another system.

The feature needed for Core Announcement is ANNOUNCEMENT_CORE.

 

About Resource Announcement

Resource Announcement is a module for sending one-way messages to resources, usually field personnel. An announcement can be sent in the form of e-mail or SMS.

Anyone who has the Core Announcement module has access to the Resource Announcement module. Contact Digpro for configuration.
