The map view displays active outages and their geographical extent.

Tap on an outage on the map to view information about the number of affected end customers, as well as the start time and planned end time.

 

The sidebar

You open the sidebar by pressing the three lines at the top left corner. The sidebar consists of the sections Information and Outages.

 

Information

Under Information, you can see the informational texts that have been created and published from the application via Operator > General information editor.

 

Outages

Under Outages, you can see outages grouped under Planned, Ongoing, and Resolved. Here, you can also see the Start and Planned end dates if set. Press the Show button to pan to the selected outage on the map.

Under History, you can see historical outage data. Set the desired time interval using the time slider, and the map will update to display the operational status for that time.

 

Outage information box

When a specific outage is selected, an information box appears in the bottom right corner. It shows the same information as in the sidebar but only for the selected outage.
