Text templates consist of a type, key, and text.
The following types are available:
•Confirmation texts, Electricity.
•Inspection texts, Electricity.
•Inspection remark texts, Electricity.
•Texts for invoice data, Electricity.
•Connection card texts, Electricity.
•Installation consent texts, Electricity.
•Offer texts, application.
•Service work texts, Electricity.
The key should be unique for each type and text, e.g., B1, B2, etc. The key is used as a shortcut to retrieve predefined text.

To use this function, the DSG_ADMIN role is required. |
1.In the menu bar, select Organizer > Show/Hide administration.
2.Select the Text templates tab. Text templates can be updated by importing a file. The file must have the format: key;text. Text templates can also be created one by one.
3.To import a text template:
a.Press Import 
.
b.Select type.
c.Press Select and browse for the template.
d.Press Import.
4.To create a new text template:
a.Press Create new text template 
.
b.Select type.
c.Enter the Key and Text.
