<< Click to Display Table of Contents >> Organizer > Administration > Project, task and workflow > Delete project/task |
You can delete one or more projects or tasks at the same time. Sort them by date in the Created date column to see which ones are no longer in use. This can be helpful when you want to remove projects or tasks that are older than a certain year.
•It is not possible to delete an active task or projects with active tasks. •When deleting a project, all the tasks in the project are deleted, given that all the tasks in the project have the state closed. •Delete task removes all the information that is linked to the task, for example calculations and material. •Delete project removes the project and its linked tasks including all of the information in the tasks. •To delete a task, its linked changeset needs to be empty. |
