The code list for activities, checklists, decision points, decisions and milestones is common to all applications that Organizer works with. When working in a multi-application environment, an administrator can decide for which applications these item types will be available.

1.In the menu bar, select Administration > Codelists > Codelist manager. A dialog opens.

2.In the Codelist owner drop-down menu, select DSG.

3.In the Codelist drop-down menu, select:

o ACTIVITY_TYPE_CL - for activity.

oCHECKLIST_CL - for checklist.

oDEC_POINT_TYPE_CL - for decision point.

oDECISIONS_CL - for decision.

oMILESTONE_TYPE_CL - for milestone.

4.Select the desired row and press Edit row .

5.Check the applications you want the item type to be available for.

6.Press Save.
