In the tab Stakeholders in the east panel, you can find information about, search for, add, and remove stakeholders. You can also add an offer or an invoice to a stakeholder. The stakeholders can be of two types: Reporter or Other. Reporter is intended for the main stakeholder in the task, such as the ordering customer or another person who has reported something that has led to the task. Other is used for all other stakeholders.
1.Select Organizer > Show/Hide Organizer.
2.Select a task in the south panel. The east panel opens.
3.In the east panel, select the Stakeholders tab.

Opens a search form where it is possible to search for stakeholders and add them to a task by using system data, for example customers, installers, orderers and so on. See section Search for stakeholder below. |

Creates stakeholders from a selected delivery point and lists the connected customers. One or several can be added as stakeholders. |

Creates a new stakeholder of the type reporter based on the entered information. This means that the stakeholders do not need to previously exist in the system. |

Creates a new stakeholder of the type other based on the entered information. This means that stakeholders do not need to previously exist in the system. |
|
Removes the stakeholder from the current task. |
|
Creates offer or invoice data to a stakeholder from the current task. See section Add offer and invoice data to stakeholder below. |
The search can be filtered based on different types of person data in the system:
•Non-customer
•User
•Orderer
•Installer
•Subscriber
Different types of customer data and installation data can also be used in the search.
1.Select a stakeholder and press Add offer/invoice data .
2.Select Add offer to stakeholder or Add invoice data to stakeholder

oFor offer :
a.Select the offer and select a user from the dropdown menu for Our reference to automatically populate fields from the selected user.
b.Fill in the remaining desired fields. The Offer number field will be automatically filled in.
Add attachments to an offer: 1.Select the Attachments tab. 2.Press Add new DB document 3.Select one or more documents to attach and press Choose file.

c.Press Save.
oFor invoice data :
a.Select the invoice data and press Copy customer fields to copy the fields from the corresponding stakeholder to the Invoice address section. If there are data for the stakeholder under the Invoice address/Alternative invoice address section, these fields will be copied. Otherwise, the information will be taken from the Other section.
b.Select a user from the dropdown menu for Our reference to automatically populate fields from the selected user.
c.Fill in the remaining desired fields.
Press the Lock button to lock the form so that no changes can be made. Press the Unlock button to enable changes in the form again. |
d.Press Save.
