You can import processes from BPMN files or changeset files. You can select several files in one import. Each file is imported into a separate planning version and must be no larger than 10 MB.

 

 1. Select File > Import > BPMN... or Changeset file....

 2. Select one or more files. Create text components for nodes is selected by default for BPMN files. Ignore metadata errors is also selected by default.

 3. Start the import. The result dialog shows which processes were created and whether any file could not be imported.

 4. Check Import logs for warnings. Some BPMN elements may have been skipped.

 5. To open an imported process, select it in the result dialog. You can also press Select activity type to assign the same activity type to imported activities.

 6. Press OK. If you selected a process, it opens in Workflow Studio.
