There are several ways to submit Connection cards:
•Via the Contractor Web - When the installer submits a completion notification, the person in charge of the case will receive an email notification. Under the installation consent, the status of the installation row will change from "Not reported" to "Completed". The person in charge will verify the provided information and update the status accordingly.
•Via a paper form - The recipient fills in the information on the completion notification row and updates the status accordingly.
There is a printing function that can be used for meter fitting and meter inspection.
1.Select the subscription row.
2.Right-click and select to print the Inspection and Meter fitting data.
Under the Missed appointments tab, work such as failed visits can be documented.
1.Press Add.
2.Fill in the Type of appointment, Executor, Date, and Note.
