dpPower Customer connection is a module for application and connection card that handles all steps from the installer's application until the meter is operational and the facility is documented. The module is based on dpPower Organizer and can utilize all the functions that support case handling.

Like all other modules, Customer connection uses the same maps, schedules, and facility data as Analyzer, Designer, Maintainer, and Operator through a common web-based user interface. This enables simple and efficient process management.

 

Workflow

•Manage Application > Provide an Offer > Prepare the Installation consent > Design the Connection card.

•Carry out the installation > Invoice > Document > Complete.
