The report Outages for customers, is a fixed column report showing customers with their fixed and ended outages. The same customer may be affected by several switching operations in the same outage and hence sometimes several rows are presented for a customer in the same outage.
This report can be filtered on customer Name, Address, Phone and Customer facility ID. As for all reports in dpSpatial it is possible to sort the table on any column combination.

The outage status (Not verified, Verified, Fixed, Ended and Invalid). |
Internal note |
The operators internal notes for this outage. |
Start time |
Date/Time for when the outage started. |
Restored |
Date/Time for when the outage was restored. |
Planned restored |
Date/Time for when the outage was planned to be restored. |
Number of outlet points |
The number of outlet points affected by this outage. |
Modified by |
The signature of the operator in charge who worked with this outage. |
ID |
The switch device ID. |
Location |
The object in which the switch device is located. |
