Opens the Place Objects window that allows you to select and then place objects in the view. you can also find the window under the Place objects tab in the sidebar.
Place object
1.Choose Place > Object. The Create Object dialog box opens.
2.Select an object type from the list.
3.Click Create object.

When drawing lines and polygons, two functions help you to place object vertices horizontally or vertically against other vertices: •When a line is at a point that is horizontal or vertical to the previous vertex, the line temporarily snaps. •When the mouse pointer is in the vicinity of an extended horizontal or vertical line towards a vertex, a dotted help line is displayed between the mouse pointer and the vertex. Click the space bar to disable/enable these features. |
