It is possible to link an inspection to an activity in Maintainer. This is done in the Inspection tab in the east panel in Organizer.

Inspections can be linked to an inspection round or to an activity. Linking an inspection to an inspection round is done at task level and is used for recurring maintenance work. Linking an inspection to an activity is used for inspections that are not at task level but at activity level. For example, to create a questionnaire before a new or rebuilding and another one after the buildning is completed.
Link an inspection to an activity
1.Select Organizer > Show/Hide Organizer. The south panel opens.
2.Select a task from the list. The task loads in the east panel.
3.Click on an activity in the list of work steps/milestones and select the Workflow tab in the east panel.
4.Select the subheading Inspections. This shows inspections linked to the activity.
5.Click Select from search query. The dialog box "Link inspection to activity" opens.
6.Select the inspection type from the list and click Search.
7.Select an inspection from the result list.
8.Click OK. The inspection is added to the list of inspections linked to the activity.

Right-click on a linked inspection in the list and select Linked inspection to open the right-click menu for the inspection. |
