1.Press the Query Tool icon .
2.Select the Reports tab.
3.Select Inspection > Inspection planning.
4.Fill in the desired search criteria and press Search.
5.Double-click the desired row in the search result.
6.Fill in the desired fields and change Status to Completed.
The fields Actual end date, Inspected by and the fields marked with an exclamation mark in the Checklist section are mandatory when you change the status to Completed. |
7.In the Remarks tab, add if you have any remarks, see section Remarks and actions.
When an inspection has not been performed according to plan, you can change the Status to Not performed to continue according to the inspection plan. The next inspection is then created according to the plan. You do not need to mark the mandatory fields in the Checklist section. |
