The Customers tab contains a list of all customers affected by an outage. The list can be filtered by:
•All - All customers who have been affected, are currently affected or will be affected in the future.
•Current - Customers who are currently affected.
•Previous - Customers who have been affected but are not currently affected.
•Future - Customers who will be affected in the future.
A customer can be affected multiple times during an outage. If this is the case, the customer will be listed multiple times to ensure accurate outage statistics.

The button Announce opens the announcement functions, see section Announcements.
Right-click options
By right-clicking on a customer you can select:
•Search in Hitta.se (name) - Searches for the name in the external map service Hitta.se and shows all hits on the name for the selected row. If multiple rows are selected, all searches open in different windows.
•Show delivery point in map - Highlights the delivery point to which the selected customer is connected in the map.
•Remove delivery points entirely - Removes one or more selected customers from the current outage. This is only possible if the outage is resolved and you are the owner of the operating order. When customers are removed, the information in the switch order/operation row is updated.
•Copy value of [selected column] - Copies the content of the selected column to the clipboard.
