In the tab Search fault reports all received fault and fault notifications are listed.

 

(1) Search fields

It is possible to filter the search based on:

▪Call type.

▪Customer facility ID.

▪Customer ID.

▪Delivery point.

▪Meter ID.

▪Installation (Customer facility) address.

▪Note.

▪Outage ID.

▪Max number of rows.

 

(2) Check boxes

Only active fault reports

By checking this box, only fault reports linked to active outages (not ended) are displayed.

 

Person danger

By checking this box, only fault reports with person danger are displays.

 

Important information

By checking this box, only fault reports with important information are displayed.

 

(3) Search  

Press the button Search, to update the list after a filtering change has been made or to view new fault reports. Press the button Clear to clear all search fields.
