To be able to document situations where e.g. on-site work or a service visit couldn't be fulfilled, there is a possibility to register so-called "no-shows" for an activity. This function is available both in Organizer and in Organizer Webmap.

The organization decides which activity types that should be subject to no-show registration by configuring a specific label for the activity type (see section Labels). When working with such an activity, the tab No show will be available in the respective user interface. Select Annotation from the drop-down menu.

When registering a no-show visit it is possible to select a Reason from a predefined list.

The codes for Reason are defined in the code list DSG – REASON_FOR_NO_SHOW_CL.
