The diary is intended for:

•Documenting why an operating order can not be approved in its current form.

•Explain why certain parts of the operating order could not be executed.

•Note everything else that can be of importance for the current operating order.

 

 

The diary is grouped by posts. Each post is automatically marked with a time and signature. The posts are displayed in a tree view that can be expanded. The posts are sorted according to the following:

•Subject (see below).

•Time.

•Signature (changed by).

Each post belongs to a particular subject. Which subjects that are needed are determined from operating order to operating order. Some examples of subjects can be pending amendment or operational situation. To create a new subject in the diary, press the button New subject.

It is not possible to edit already posted subjects. It is possible to reply to a post by using the button Reply. The subject will hence be the same as the previous post.
