To be able to make changes for a project you need to log in into the changeset connected to the project.
1.In the south panel, select a project and press the icon Open task changeset . The project you have logged in to, is marked in a blue color when you select it in the list in the south panel. All other projects are marked in red.
With the tool buttons, you can also release a changeset, meaning either send it to another user or make it userless. A changeset without a user can then be taken over by any user by selecting it and select the icon Take over changeset .
A project can have two different states Active or Closed. As standard, the Active projects are shown in the list. Projects can only be closed if the changeset is empty. To change the state to Closed:
1.Select the project in the list and use the icon Close selected task to inactivate the task.
When a task/project has been created and you have logged in to its changeset, the detailed information about the task/project will be shown in the east panel. For instructions about adding information in the different tabs, see the following sections or see the user guide for Organizer.
