By default, the direction of transformers is from high voltage to low. For the transformers where the transformer direction is the reverse, that is, from low to high, you must change the transformer direction manually.

Correct transformer direction is important to include all customers when network tracing.

 

1.Select the transformer for which you want to change direction.

2.Right-click and select Show/change attributes. A window opens.

3.Change the transformer direction specified in the panel Transformer direction by pressing the Change transformer direction button .

4.Press the OK button.
