This calculation will split medium voltage networks into zones based on existing switches. It will then sum up all capacitances for a zone and store that on the switch feeding the zone.

 

1.Start a trace for a primary substation network, do not include the low voltage network.

2.In the calculation form, select Capacitive zones as calculation type. The result will consist of data concerning the zone calculation only.
