Printing of a calculation report is done by a right-clicking on the calculation icon in the list.
1.Right-click on the calculation and select Create report > [desired report].
A traditional calculation report creates a PDF report with one page for each cost allocation.
Printing or saving the reports can be done in the program that opens the PDF document.
EBR Climate calculation
There is support for transferring quantity data from one or more calculations to the EBR Climate calculation in excel. The function is used to simplify the work with climate calculations by automatically filling in quantities in EBR's Excel-based tool.

The EBR Climate calculation is an external tool and is not included in the application. The calculation file is provided by EBR (Energiföretagen Sverige) and needs to be purchased separately. |

1.Right-click on one or more calculations and select Create report > EBR Climate calculation.
2.Select your EBR Climate calculation excel and press Update.

Check Attach to task to attach the updated file to the task. The file will appear under the Documents tab. |
oThe following is updated in the excel file, sheet EBR Klimatkalkyl:
▪Organizer matches cost types to values in the Löpnr (C) column of the excel file.
▪Summed quantities are entered in the Antal column (D).
