With Administrate scheduled jobs, you can monitor and run jobs that have been configured for the application. Among other things, you can see when a job is scheduled to run next, check the results of the most recent run, and view previous runs.
1.Select Administration > Administrate scheduled jobs. A dialog box opens.
The dialog box contains the Scheduled jobs and Schedule job tabs. The Startup jobs tab appears when there are startup jobs to display.
Use the column selector in the upper-right corner of the table to choose which columns to display; here you can also adjust the width of the columns. Drag a column header to reorder the columns.
1.Select the Scheduled jobs tab.
2.Check the box for Only jobs started by this server if you want to display only jobs whose most recent run was started by the current server.
1.Right-click the job and select one of the following options:
oShow job details - Displays all details for the job. Empty fields are displayed as a hyphen.
oShow previous runs - Displays information about the job’s previous runs. If there are no previous runs, a message is displayed.
1.Select one or more jobs and press Run job(s). The selected jobs will start.
On the Schedule job tab, you can specify when a job should run.

2.Right-click the job and select one of the following options:
oShow job details - Displays all details for the job.
oShow previous runs - Displays the job's previous runs.
oSchedule job to run - Opens a dialog box where you can specify the date and time. Press Run to schedule the job.
oDeactivate job - Deactivates the selected job.
•Press Update list to retrieve the latest information about the jobs and their runs.
•Press Restart scheduler to reload the scheduler's configuration. Use this feature when the configuration for scheduled jobs has changed.
The Startup jobs tab displays startup jobs that have run on the current server. The table shows the job name, status, and when the job was completed.
The status of scheduled jobs can be provided as JSON through a configured REST interface. The interface can be used for monitoring from an external status service. Contact Digpro for information on activation and configuration.
