With the administrate scheduled jobs function it is possible to administrate de scheduled jobs that are set for the application. Contact Digpro Support for help with setting up scheduled jobs.
Go to Administration > Administrate scheduled jobs to open the tool. A dialog box opens. Here you can administrate scheduled jobs.

Show the job ID |
Job name |
Show the job names. |
Active |
Show active |
Next run |
Show time and date for next run, meaning the next time the scheduled job will be run. |
Triggered |
Show how often the scheduled job is trigged, meaning how often the job will be run. Example: the job can be run every hour, every minute and more. |
Last run (Start) |
Show latest run time and run date. |
Last run (End) |
Show latest end time and end date. |
Status for last run |
Show status for last run, meaning if the job went OK or not. Success indicates that the job were able to run without any errors, and Failed indicate that the job did not run properly |

Only jobs started by this server |
Check the checkbox to only show scheduled jobs that was started by the same server in the table. |
Update list |
Press the Update list button to update the list with scheduled jobs and the associated columns. |
Run job(s) |
Mark a scheduled job in the list. Then press Run job(s) to run one or several scheduled job. Note, the button will not be visible until a job is marked. |
Restart scheduler |
Press the Restart scheduler button to restart the entire scheduler. Meaning, if changes are made in the config-file for the scheduled job, the scheduler must restart to be activated. |
Close |
Press the Close button to close the tool and the dialog. |
Scheduled jobs can also produce JSON status via url. This is to be able to monitor the status of scheduled jobs also via external status services. Note that this is a licensed feature that needs to be configured. Contact Digpro for more information.
Under the tab Schedule job, you can schedule jobs to be run once.
1.Select the Schedule job tab.
2.Right-click on one of the rows and select one of the following:
oShow previous runs - Shows the start time, end time and status of the previous run of the selected job.
oSchedule job to run - Set the date and time for when you want the selected job to run. Press Run.
oDeactivate job - Deactivates the selected job.
The Startup jobs tab lists all start-up jobs and their statuses. The information displayed is a list of all entries in the database and does not differ on which computer the jobs were performed on.
