To configure the quick view window, the role MANAGE_QUICK_VIEW is required. By default, this role is included in the standard administrator role, but it can also be assigned to individual users. |
The quick view window can be configured to display appropriate attributes and functions for the selected object type. After this configuration, the quick view window can be used to easily view these attributes and access these functions.
1.Configure the Quick view window:
a.Alternative 1: In the menu bar, select Administration > Administrate quick view.... The Quick view configuration window opens.
b.Alternative 2: In the quick view window, press Attribute settings... 
. The Quick view configuration window opens.
2.Select the desired Object type from the dropdown menu.
3.In the Attributes tab, select which attributes you want to be displayed and move them from Available to Selected using the arrows. You can also change their order using the up and down arrows.
4.In the Functions tab, select which attributes you want to be displayed and move them from Available to Selected using the arrows. You can also change their order using the up and down arrows.
5.Press OK.
