Add inspections to a round

Add inspections to a round via Dynamic reports

Dynamic reports require Maintainer Advanced.

 

1.In the Query Tool, the Reports tab, Select Inspection > Inspection planning.

The search parameters available and the columns displayed in the results represent those chosen by the Maintainer administrator in Edit report columns.

You can also add hierarchical objects to the round.

 

 

Add inspections to a round via the Inspection round tab

1.Select the tab Inspection round  > Add inspections.

2.To add objects to the round you need to perform a search. In the upper part of dialog you can select what type of object you wish to search for or you can select to search for "All inspections" if you wish to search for all types of objects. A round can contain different object types.

3.To further narrow the selection you can, before you press Search, set the following criteria. The button to the left of the search button (notepad with a remark on it), is used to select what search criteria that should be shown.

Date (from/up to and including)

The inspection of an object will start within the date interval.

Company

The company that have been selected to perform the planned inspections.

Type

The type of inspection that should be performed e.g maintenance.

Area

The inspection area that the object belongs to. Note! That the changeset that the area belongs to, needs to be posted to appear in the list.

Round

This is used for objects that already belongs to another round: select name of round. This alternative is only available when the checkbox "Without round only" is unchecked.

Without round only

Only inspections that is not connected/linked to a round.

Join with trace

Only within the last performed trace result.

Within area

Only within an area in the map, either by selecting active view, a predefined area from an existing object or by defining an area by placing a polygon.

 

4.Enter the wanted criteria and press the button Search. dpPower Maintainer will find the objects that matches the criteria and has an inspection plan. A list with the search results will appear. The button up in the far right corner of the dialog, can be used to select the columns that should be shown.

5.Select the objects that should be included in the round and press the button Add to this round. If several object types should be included in the round, repeat the procedure. When using the button Select all, all the inspection objects that exists in the dialog, will be selected.

6.To view the inspections that is included in the round, select the tab Inspection round > Inspections in this round. Select the row Inspection in this round and press Search.
