<< Click to Display Table of Contents >> Maintainer > Inspection plan > Add an inspection plan > Add inspection plan with plan template |
You can add multiple inspection plans for the same object.
The function requires Maintainer Advanced. |
1.Right-click on the object to be assigned an inspection plan with a plan template in the graphic view. The right-click menu opens.
2.Select Maintainer > Add inspection plan > with plan template. You can select to create a template for one or more objects. The Add inspection plan (object type) dialog opens.
3.Select the category and template to be used for the object / objects. The contents of the template are displayed on the right.
4.Also select when the plan is to take effect and whether the next estimated inspection date is to be calculated according to the planned date or according to actual date. If all inspections have the same date, the date of the new plan shall be calculated as today. If they do not have the same date, the user needs to add the date manually.
If the template is correct but the object's actual inspection for example is the next inspection type, you can jump to the template by right-clicking on the desired row and select Set planned inspection. |
5.Press OK. If the object has several plans, repeat the above procedure.
6.By producing the attribute form for the object and selecting the Inspection with plan template tab, the inspection plan and the planned inspections are viewed.
When an inspection plan is selected, information is displayed in the lower part of the window, such as what template it follows and when the plan started. If you instead select an individual inspection, the inspection tabs are displayed at the bottom of the form. It shows when the inspection is planned, status, etc.
•For more information about adding templates, see section Add multiple inspection plans.
•When you add a plan template to an object that already has the specific plan template added, a warning dialog appears. Here you can select to cancel or add the plan template anyway. If you add one and the same plan template for several objects at the same time, the warning dialog specifies how many of the objects that already have the plan template added since before. Here you can select to cancel, add plan template anyway (in this case the plan template is added to the objects that are missing the specific plan template) or add the plan template to all selected objects regardless of whether they already have the specific plan template added before or not.
