Access to modules in Organizer

Organizer is also a base for several add-on modules. To access these modules, they must be licensed and activated by Digpro in the organization’s environment. In addition, the users that should be able to access these modules needs to have specific roles. In this section, such modules and their related roles are described. For detailed information about the functionality in each module, please reference their respective user guide.

The Designer module

DSG_ART_USER

Used in the module Designer. Gives access to:

The tabs Storage and Purchase in Organizer's east panel.

The tab Package including the function button Create package in the forms for network objects, e.g. the form for Secondary Substation in dpPower.

The tabs Supplier and Orderer in the Organizer administration south panel.

The Customer module

The Customer module is used for registering contacts with customers and other stake holders and to link these to Organizer tasks.

DSG_CUSTOMER_USER

Gives access to the module Customer. Gives access to:

The tab Stakeholders and its functions in Organizer's south panel.

Additional functions under the tab Stakeholder in the east panel.

The Nätkollen module (Swedish customers only)

The Nätkollen module is used to retrieve and process requests from the Ledningskollen.

DSG_LEDNINGSKOLLEN_USER

Provides access to the Nätkollen module. Provides access to the Nätkollen's functions for handling matters from the Ledningskollen in current case types.

The NCP module (New Customer Process)

Gives access to the NCP module. Gives access to functions for managing NCP work flows in relevant task types.
