A bucket is a temporary collection of Object- ID’s. These can either be created by selecting objects in the application or from clipboard.

 

You can use Bucket for:

•Import of data from another program and show it as a thematic map in dpSpatial.

•Export selected data from dpSpatial and work with the data in another program, and then import the edited data back into dpSpatial. This could be, for example, to export selected objects from dpSpatial to Excel and vice versa.
