Set actual cost for calculation

1.Right-click on a calculation and select Actual cost > Set actual cost for calculation.

2.Enter the value for actual cost. The actual cost is now displayed on the Sheets 1-3, Service, Discarded and Manual values tabs. The cost is distributed according to the distribution in the estimated cost according to the cost catalog. For each costing row, three new columns are created:

oActual Cost: Total actual cost for the costing row. The sum of all rows in the cost estimate will be the total actual cost entered for the cost estimate.

oKey figure (Currency/unit): Actual cost per unit, for example SEK/m cable.

oNotes: Used to write notes in the estimate.

The value in actual cost can be manually changed. When this is done, the actual cost of all calculation rows is recalculated so that the sum is the specified actual cost of the calculation.

The actual cost value cannot be changed in such a way that the actual cost is exceeded or underestimated.

The actual cost value for manually changed rows is shown in bold to distinguish them from calculated values.

 

Transfer financial data to objects

When economic data is available on the object, it is included, for example, when splitting a cable. This is when the key value (e.g. SEK/m) and the length of the cable are used to calculate the actual value after splitting.

1.Right-click on a calculation and select Actual cost > Transfer economical data to objects. A cost object is created for each costing row in the cost estimate that belongs to a network object. This data is found in the attribute form of the network object in the Cost tab. The following fields are copied from the spreadsheet:

oProject Name

oTask name

oActual cost

oKey figures

oUnit

oNotes

The Origin field is given the value Transferred. The Created by and Created date fields are set to logged in user and today's date.
