Completion of calculation cannot be undone. When a calculation is completed, you can no longer change, add, or remove costs from it. |
1.In the Calculations tab, select a calculation and press Complete calculation 
. The calculation is moved under the heading Completed and the date of completion is displayed next to the calculation name.

A completed calculation that is deactivated cannot be activated again. |
2.To deactivate the completed calculation, press Activate/deactivate calculation 
.

Completed calculations can be copied, see section Copy calculation and change catalog. The copied calculation ends up under the Ongoing heading and the completion date is not copied. |
