Use this function in order to merge two cables.

It is required that the two cables are of the same type, size (number of fibers) and quality; otherwise an error message appears. |
1.Select Edit > Cable > Merge cables.
2.Select the main cable first. The attributes of the main cable, (ID-number, etc.) are retained after the cable merge.
3.Then select the secondary cable. The cables merge into the one object.
