Perform automated risk classification on dpCom objects

Check for changed risk classification of service objects in Organizer. If you work with a task changeset that has service objects with risk classification connected to it, you can add an automation activity to the work flow of the task in the east panel to check for changes made of the risk classification.

You need to be logged in to the changeset that the service objects belong to.

To log in to a task changeset, right-click on it in the list under the Administrate tasks tab and select Open task changeset. If the task is highlighted in red when you click on it, it means that you are not logged in to its changeset.

1.Select Organizer > Administration.

2.Go to the tab Administrate tasks and find and mark the task that has connected services. The east panel opens.

3.Select the Workflow tab.

4.Add a New automation activity.

5.Filtrate on and select activity for risk classification.

6.Click OK. The activity is added to the workflow.

7.Select tab Workflow > Automation parameters.

8.Mark the row that has been added to the list and press Change.

9.Enter Value for the automation parameter for where the service objects should be found:

a.From objects linked to the task.

b.From task changeset.

c.Both.

10.Select Start workflow item.

11.Select Finish workflow item. Organizer will automatically check whether any changes have been made to the risk classification for services connected to the tasks changeset. A dialog box will open with one of the following response messages:

a.Change of risk classification detected (1001): At least one change has been detected

b.No changes of risk classification detected. (1002): No change detected. Note that an object having no risk classification defined before but one after the calculation has run, is not considered a change.

c.Missing active connections count. (1003): At least one object is missing data

d.No service found for the task. (1004): The automation run in a task where no service object(s) has been found with the given parameters
