Cesar2 Connect is designed to support dpCom customers in the the work generated by an enquiry for some kind of service that has been entered in Cesar2.

Functionality Overview

•The tool continuously monitors the Cesar2 server by leveraging its available API functions.

•This monitoring is carried out at regular intervals using scheduled jobs.

•When a new service enquiry is detected, the tool automatically:

oCreates an Organizer task.

oRetrieves all relevant information associated with the enquiry including the geographical position of the enquiry’s requested endpoints.
