It is possible to export a process and import it in a different environment, for example from test to production. This allows for the reuse of existing processes without having to re-model them.
The process must be posted in order to be exported. Unposted changes will not be included in the export file. |
1.Right-click on a process and select Export > Changeset file.
2.Save the file in the desired location and press Save. A changeset file containing a copy of the selected process is created.
All code list-based fields and other dependencies are cleared. Example of fields that are cleared: •User Task: oActivity type oChecklist oRisk analysis template oProgress conditions oResource need •Service task: oAutomations |
