Depublish a process

You can only depublish a process that is not used in a task template or in a task. To prevent a process from being selected for new task templates, see section Set a process as not selectable for task templates. |
1.In the Search process tab, search for the published process that you want to depublish.

You can also right-click on the process directly in the Processes tab without searching for it first. |
2.Right-click on the process and select Validate/depublish. A dialog opens.
3.Press Depublish.
4.Press Depublish to confirm.
5.In the menu bar, select File > Post to post the change to the database.
Delete a process

You can only delete a process that has not been published yet. |
1.In the Search process tab, search for the process that you want to delete.

You can also right-click on the process directly in the Processes tab without searching for it first. |
2.Right-click on the process and select Delete object. A dialog opens.
3.Press Delete to confirm.
4.In the menu bar, select File > Post to post the change to the database.
