Retrieve cases from Cesar2 and create tasks with the information from Cesar2 in Organizer via dpCom.
For the request that has been created to appear in Organizer, the database needs to be updated.
1.In dpCom, open Administration > Administrate Scheduled Jobs.
2.Select the scheduled job from the list and run the job manually by clicking Run Job. If there are any new cases, they will be retrieved.
Here, you can also set a time interval for a scheduled job to update the database automatically within a chosen interval, usually three times per minute.
To set up a scheduled job for Cesar2 Connect, contact Digpro Support.

Organizer supports direct order, Inquiry och direct contract.
And the service types:
•1, Service enquiry - Dark fiber
•2, Service enquiry - Ethernet
•3, Service enquiry - Area node site access
•4, Service enquiry - MeetMe site access
•5, Service enquiry - Active WDM
Open Organizer (Organizer > Show/Hide Organizer).
1.Select the Task tab in the south panel.
2.Uncheck the Only mine checkbox.
3.Filter the task type on Cesar request and click Search.
4.Click on a task in the list to open the right panel.
5.In the workflow, select the activity Confirm request.
6.Go to the Service Request tab. Here, the information about the service request submitted via Cesar2 in step 1 above is displayed.
7.Mark the activity as complete in the checklist and click Save.
8.Click Finish Activity.
Cases in Cesar2 with corresponding tasks in Organizer are continuously updated with new information as changes occur in Cesar2.
The work steps in the activity flow in Organizer are created using task templates. The template is used to generate the task when Cesar2 Connect receives a response from Cesar2.

The task template that will be used below is the one with ID CESAR_ENQUIRY.
1.Open the task in the right panel of Organizer again. Select the Service Request tab and click Reload. The status should now be updated to Quote.
2.Click on the top row in the left panel to display the data sent from Cesar2.
3.In the activity list, select Quote.
4.Complete the tasks listed as checklist items in the checklist.
Keep track of incoming quotations in Organizer. Select the Workflow tab in the south panel and the activity Quote. Click Search. Incoming quotations will appear in the search results. |
