Retrieve cases from Cesar2 and create tasks with the information from Cesar2 in Organizer via dpCom.
•For Cesar2 Connect to work, a scheduled job must be configured. To set up a scheduled job for Cesar2 Connect, contact Digpro Support. •More information about managing scheduled jobs can be found under Administrate scheduled jobs. |
1.In dpCom, open Administration > Administrate Scheduled Jobs.
2.Select the scheduled job from the list and run the job manually by clicking Run Job. If there are any new cases, they will be retrieved.
Here, you can also set a time interval for a scheduled job to update the database automatically within a chosen interval, usually three times per minute.
Organizer supports direct order, Inquiry och direct contract.
And the service types:
•1, Service enquiry - Dark fiber
•2, Service enquiry - Ethernet
•3, Service enquiry - Area node site access
•4, Service enquiry - MeetMe site access
•5, Service enquiry - Active WDM
1.Open Organizer (Organizer > Show/Hide Organizer).
2.Select the Task tab in the south panel.
3.Uncheck the Only mine checkbox.
4.Filter the task type on Cesar request and click Search.
5.Click on a task in the list to open the right panel.
6.Go to the Service Request tab. Here, the information about the service request submitted via Cesar2 in step 1 above is displayed.
Cases in Cesar2 with corresponding tasks in Organizer are continuously updated with new information as changes occur in Cesar2.
