The cross section of the route can be updated automatically in the map. If you wish to update the cross section manually you can do that by removing the inaccurate cross section and place a new one to mirror the current content in the route. |
The cross section displays the content of a route and can be updated automatically when you add or remove objects from the route. (Right click on the reference line of the cross section > Update cross section). If you wish to update the cross section manually, one way to verify that the cross section is up to date, is to open the attribute form of the route and study the graphics in the window Automatically generated cross section. If the cross section in the map differs, you should update it. It can be done like this:
1.Remove the inaccurate cross section by using the function Delete component in the tool bar.
2.Select the reference line of the cross section according to the illustration below:
3.The dialog window Delete component is opened, press OK to confirm. The cross section is deleted in the map.
4.To place a new cross section use Place > Object or select the tab place object in the sidebar.
5.Select the object type Cross sections in the folder Route and place the cross section in the map.
