In the tab Fault reports it is possible to get an overview of the fault reports that has been done.
The fault report list is manually updated with the button Search.
It is possible to configure which columns are shown in the list and to rearrange their order. The picture above shows the standard look.
Name |
The name of the customer that reported the fault report. |
Error type |
The reported error type. |
Date occurred |
The date of the fault report. |
Phone number |
The phone number to the customer. |
Remark |
Notes that has been done. |
