The import of CSV files (CSV=Comma Separated Value) creates objects or updates current objects (points, lines or text components).
Prerequisites
A mapping file must be created if this has not yet been done. For more information on how to create mapping files, see section Import format for CSV files.

It is possible to select multiple mapping files simultaneously when importing a CSV file. This is useful when the same CSV file is used with several different mappings, for example when building topologies or migrating data. The import is run once for each selected mapping file, in the order they appear in the dialog (alphabetically). |
Import CSV-files
1.Select File > Import > CSV file....
2.In the Format section, press Select and select mapping file.
3.In the Data section, press Select and select data file.
4.Press Import.
