Changes the state of one or several objects. A state describes in which phase of the business flow an object is located.
Example of states:
▪Planned
▪Designed
▪In use
▪Destroyed
▪Not verified
▪Under reconstruction
If you work in a pessimistic changeset and try to change the state of an object that is locked by another pessimistic changeset, an error message is displayed. 1.Select Show > Object Lock Information to see who has locked the object. If you try to change the state of several objects at the same time in a pessimistic changeset, and there are locked objects in the selection, an error message is displayed. 1.Press OK to change the state of objects that are not locked, or Cancel to close without editing any objects. |
1.Select Edit > Change State...
2.Select one (or more) objects in the map. The Change State window opens.
3.Select a new state in the list, for example Destroyed / Out of operation.
4.Press OK.
