User in dpHeating (default_fpdh_base_role)
The users primary purpose is to view and edit the network. The user cannot perform administration and does not have access to modules other than Organizer.

The project designer has the same permissions as the User in dpHeating but also has user access to dpWebmap, Organizer Webmap, Calculations, and Designer. Intended for users who plan and design the network.

Maintenance technician (default_fpdh_maintenance_tech)
The Maintenance technician has the same permissions as the User in dpHeating but also has user access to dpWebmap, Organizer Webmap, Calculations, and Maintainer. Intended for users responsible for network maintenance.

The Customer support user has read-only access in the application and can also view Organizer, Webmap, and Operator OMM. The user cannot edit the network.
